Not sure where to ask...so I'll start here. I've lost my ass!!! It's as flat as a pancake!! In my heavier days I would buy pants w no back pockets so my butt wouldn't look as big. Now i'm looking at pants with pockets and buttons on the backside. I look a bit better with that camouflage. Any other wardrobe tips?

Thanks!!!

Judy

As someone who has always been ass disadvantaged, I like leggings with longer shirts or mini skirts. I have skinnier legs and the long shirt/mini gives the illusion of something under there. Trainer says to do squats if I want a J-lo bum but/butt, I think it will take more than a 100 squats a day for that sort of transformation.

They make butt cheek inserts-I'm dead serious! There was a gal on here a while ago who showed her pic without butt pads and then with. They made quite the difference. Maybe look on Amazon.< /p>

I've seen some underwear that are padded up back there (and shaped rather convincingly!) :)

Seriously? A fake booty? Never thought about that! I live in Texas, if I get a fake booty I'll prob just wear it for special occasions....I am just imagining how hot my butt would get. I think when I've lost all my weigh I'll get a padded butt! I still have 40-50 pounds to lose. I can't imagine what my butt will look like...or won't look like...when I've lost my weight. Yikes!

Thanks to everyone for your advice! I'm going to try leggings w a long shirt, great idea!!!

Doxieville, I'm with you sister! Mine is gone as well and just like you I have 40 more lbs to lose and am wondering what will be left! LOL. I also have already bought underwear twice and am not having a problem with them fitting everywhere else, but they still slide down my behind! Now there is a problem hard to fix in public when it happens! I'm also in Texas and I can just see us women carrying the padding around with us and then saying, "I'll be right back, I have to go to the restroom and put my butt on!" LOLOLOL. Seriously, I just bout my first pair of Miss Me jeans yesterday and they helped because like you said they had pockets and buttons.

oh yes... totally flat and my all-over muscle tone isn't what it was when I was at this weight last. I'd been thinking of looking into that brazilian butt lift dvd...

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
