my weight suck need help

Well I be 3 months out on 27 of this month in I been at same weigh for week going on two I don't know what do I need get down I go to gym 4 days week when I can I try eat right I just want be at one of my golds by Feb 2013 i lose 57 pounds all ready..

Sounds like a stall. You can weight it out, or just start changing things up. Eat less, eat a little more, add more exercise, add in weight training. Out bodies hit stalls when they get comfortable. I've had 2 big ones so far and I'm just now 6 monhs out.

Have you tried tracking what you're eating? I know it's really easy for me to eat the wrong things if I don't write down every thing I eat all day long :( It's just too easy for me to eat things that taste good but that aren't that good for me nutritionally.

I went through a stall a week and a half out of surgery. I was stalled for 2 weeks, now I am losing again. Keep in mind (cliche I know)- you didn't gain it in a couple months. You won't lose it all in a couple of months. Good luck!

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
