75 pounds lost today!

Well it would have been impossible to imagine, before my surgery, but the scale said 75 pounds are gone forever for me today!

I had surgery July 4, so with the pre-op diet it has only taken 6 months to achieve this amazing goal!

I am just 1 pound away from never having a 2_ _ before my weight again!

Just 25 pounds to goal now and I feel absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

What a gift for the holidays and what hope I have for 2013.
