I'm new to this site and so happy I stumbled upon it! Literally thrilled!

I'm 23 and I'm getting sleeved this Saturday, 12/22 in Houston.

Last year, I lost 100lbs with diet and exercise but had emergency spinal surgery and gained it all back on bed rest within this year. I am no longer able to exercise--truly jut barely walk because my back is so poor. This sleeve is for my spine and future health.

Does anyone have any pertinent advice? I would super appreciate the well wishes, I'm so excited to get to know you all!

Congratulations! On doing surgery so close to Xmas mine was 3 days before thanksgiving! Prepare your home now for coming home ! Get your broths Jello other Soups you can have! Take it easy when you get home! Get use to sipping Water all the time no gulps sips!! Good luck let us know how you are doing!
