Hi,

So I know we can not drink while eating and I'm trying to get ready for that change but its hard since I have always drank liquids with my food.< /p>

How did you make the change and what tips can you offer?

that was hard for me too, I always had a cola with my meals (even Breakfast some days) I just did it cold turkey....and now watch the clock and wait for 30-45 minutes, depending on what I have eaten

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
