buffalo716 1 Posted January 7, 2013 How are you doing with pregnancy?
divagirl78 41 Posted January 14, 2013 Well I am now 11 weeks pregnant and baby and I are both doing fine. I have lost a few pounds but only about 6 which is good. Eating is a struggle to get all my Protein in and try to eat veggies and fruits that baby needs. I had my first ultrasound to make sure baby is fine and thank god baby is good. We will be monitored closely but just as a precaution. Morning sickness was rough at first but is calming down. I go in next week to see both the doc and will have more to report then. thank you to everyone with your kind words and thoughts! 3 lessofmeismore, Keepgoing247 and Raven21 reacted to this

NurseGrace 509 Posted January 15, 2013 I am so freaked out right now...I'm only 7 weeks post op and just found out I'm pregnant. I emailed my dr but haven't heard back. I was not planning this at all and we think I may have gotten preggers just before the surgery. I know my dr had me sign something about waiting 18 months...truth is we were done having kids and I never thought this would happen. I just don't know what to do. Any sleeves out there pregnant so soon after surgery? Any input? I dont know how you feel about this but I would abort if it happened to me.

I didnt get a chance to read the entire thing because I am mobile right now, after the fact I did see that. Its ok through, was just stating what I would do. No game 14,437 Posted January 15, 2013 Perhaps it would be a good idea to know what's going on before giving advice or opinion? Just saying...
NurseGrace 509 Posted January 15, 2013 Perhaps it would be a good idea to know what's going on before giving advice or opinion?Just saying... It wasnt advice, just my thoughts on what I would do as a fellow patient of childbearing age. Im still learning how to use the VST app, but I refuse to be shot down for offering my thoughts on the subject. Thats what a forum is for. Seems to mw that perhaps you dont like the choice, which is also fine. I would never push that on someone who wasnt considering that but there is not one single thing wrong with me stating what I would do other than the fact that I didnt realize this wasnt a new thread, which I already acknowledged previously. I get it. She asked and you gave your opinion. I didn't think it was rude. She's happily pregnant and healthy. It's all good.
