as anyone try this diet??? im thinking about ordering some.

Many of us have to do it as part of pre-op diet. Mine was for 2 weeks, so that the liver could shrink. It's pretty ordinary, but not unbearable. The choc shakes, choc dessert, and bars are the best IMO. Good luck if you go ahead.

Like Anna say,s Optifast is great, although like all diets / fasting it is hard work .

Here in oz we use it to shrink the liver Pre-op.

I was on it for four weeks pre-op (to loose more wieght, my choice ) and i lost 19 Kg / 38lbs .

The first week you get some mild/ bad head aches and then its clear sailing. No im a lier , its still hard work.

But it does strip off the wieght.
