liquid diet begins tomorrow...... and I'm very nervous about it! Wondering how it will affect my mood? How many Protein Shakes should I drink in a day? I'm also worried about losing hair after surgery.... So I starting taking Biotin! I'm not to worried about surgery itself....just before and after...

You'll be fine! Just stay busy...I hear the "head hunger" is a beast! Go for a walk, read to kill some time....just remember the end result!

I just dont want to turn into MEGA B*tch! I'm an ER nurse so I'm always running around with my head cut off....hopefully that helps. Thanks!

I'm afraid of that, also, when my pre-op starts. I didn't get overweight because I don't like food. Lol
