OK everyone need some help, I am 3 months out and I have leveled off. Need some help to jump start my weight loss again. I am doing really good sticking to the right foods but would like to jump start the weight loss again. Any suggestions on how I can do it?

search lilmissdivas boot camp, heard alot of people on here swear by it to get out of a stall. Good luck!

A few things that have worked for me are: raising calorie level a few days to switch it up, but only for a day or two and increasing Fluid intake to 100oz a day (per Dr recommendations). He said just the difference between 80oz and 100oz can make all the difference. Worked for me. :)

That was the best advise I dropped quite a bit then the holidays hit and I went into food over load now it is time to jump back on the wagon and start dropping again.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
