Today I ran a 5km race. I had my sleeve on Aug 1. If you told me earlier this year that I would be running again, I would say you were nuts. It felt great running this race and it will not be the last.

That's awesome. It was a lot of fun 2700 people did it. It was Fresno's first annual so I'm am glad I was there for it. I will be doing it annually also

Truly amazing! Keeping running, that is my goal. When a song comes on, I imagine myself running but my feet are going anywhere. Maybe after surgery, no maybe, after surgery I will get there.

That's right... There's no maybe to it. Besides the obvious of wanting to lose weight, I wanted the sleeve so it would be possible to run again. I'm rooting for you. Good luck
