So Tell Me About The Week 3 Stall....

I've actually gained 3 pounds since Monday and I'm not even breaking 1K calories. I'm drinking Protein, having egg beaters, fresh mozzarella with spinach, refried Beans, chicken salad, apple sauce....all things in smaller quantities. All I've been drinking is water...like 60 oz at least. So I'm in week 3. Is that why?
