buttrfli1 17 Posted December 15, 2012 I've actually gained 3 pounds since Monday and I'm not even breaking 1K calories. I'm drinking Protein, having egg beaters, fresh mozzarella with spinach, refried Beans, chicken salad, apple sauce....all things in smaller quantities.
