Next monday is my surgery! One more week! I'm so excited!!! One week down on the pre-op diet one to go!! Down 11lbs!!!! So exciting!!

I'm on the 28th too!!! Getting nervous now, but still excited, trying to get all my supplies in order... Best of luck to you!!

I had my surgery on the 10th, I'm doing fine. Constipation gone, I found a medical supply place that has bariatric Vitamins cheap.. So I'm taking whey Protein capsules, vitamins , all I can do is take very small bites, eggs, cottage cheese Soup, Jello, etc. no problems just can't do sweets, no desire.

Yes.... They have Protein capsules... 20mg per capsule... It's whey protein... Got it from a body builders store... I swallow them just like when I take my B12
