I like dry carnation instant Breakfast sugar free vanilla with skim milk and Atkins keep me fuller and aren't bad. My Dr says no Special K ones they are not ok.

My surgery is the 16th. I have about 5 different brands of Protein at home now, sampling them all, since I started my period diet today. I like the Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea flavor and the Matrix Milk chocolate flavor, to which I added some PB2 (tasted like a Reese's cup!)
