Twyla 10 Posted December 14, 2012 OK so I'm 9 weeks out from my revision and I've been hovering between 28 to 32 pounds lost for the past 3 weeks! Grrrr!!! Wth?! Sorry, just had to vent.
Lander 74 Posted December 14, 2012 I just came out of a three week stall and suddenly dropped 7 lb. in a little over a week. We have to remember that stalls are necessary. They serve a purpose other than simply annoying us. The body can't adjust to the weight loss as quickly as the scale drops. It needs the stalls to 'catch up' physically. This is the time your body is reshaping. Use the measuring tape instead of the scale and you will see the changes happening there. Accept this as a good thing and know that when its ready, it will start to drop again on the scale. 1 gloriann reacted to this
TheGamer 406 Posted December 14, 2012 My weight's been inching down this week and it's driving me insane. Not an outright stall, but it's like my body's going "NYAH NYAH" at me
jencys 2 Posted December 15, 2012 Twyla I am in the same boat with you! It seems I sit in the mid 4-6 lb range for 3 weeks and then I will drop down ten pounds in a couple of days.... sit in the mid range again for 3 weeks then drop drastically another 10 lbs. Ugh! Right????
