nmountrich mentioned a book the other day and I looked at it and I think I might get it..."Eat It Up!" by Dr. Connie Stapelton.

the first two chapters are free to review, which is as far as I have got...anyone else? input, please!

I am a few chapters in and I am really liking this book.

Disclaimer: I am pre-sleeve

Definitely a book to keep on hand and maybe re-read it at different points post-sleeve.
