Does anyone have a resistance band workout that they like? I'm still pre-surgery and am looking for a workout that's compatible with the still-out-of-shape me.

Look for a book called Yoga for Wimps...it has alot of good workouts.

I love The Firm Sculptilates. Also Leslie Sansone has a walking vid that uses the resistance band.

I just started wrapping mine around my stairs and doing basic arm workouts then leg workouts. Google it and you will find tons with the pictures to boot. Livestrong.com has a ton of great exercise tips at every level. Most important part is moving!
