mendymayhem 52 Posted December 12, 2012 So I'm eating dense protien now for several weeks. I can easily get my protien in with my shakes. When I eat 3 oz or so of meat I get that restricted feeling and it holds me for hours. But I am so sick of eating meat. Anyone have any ideas for another source of dense protien? Does a certain type of Beans maybe stay longer in the new stomach? I want the restricted feel because its like a protection against even thinking of slider foods. Suggestions please. vsginnj 415 Posted December 12, 2012 Lentils any way you like them, chick peas, are pretty high Protein. Greek yougart with a 1/4 cup of kashi or crumbled shredded wheat seems to stick around pretty good for me. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
