So I'm eating dense protien now for several weeks. I can easily get my protien in with my shakes. When I eat 3 oz or so of meat I get that restricted feeling and it holds me for hours. But I am so sick of eating meat. Anyone have any ideas for another source of dense protien? Does a certain type of Beans maybe stay longer in the new stomach?

I want the restricted feel because its like a protection against even thinking of slider foods. Suggestions please.

I love edamame and there is an extra firm version of tofu that you can stir fry with veggies.

I guess you could eat beef Jerky, but it is so high in sodium.

Boiled eggs?

Lentils any way you like them, chick peas, are pretty high Protein. Greek yougart with a 1/4 cup of kashi or crumbled shredded wheat seems to stick around pretty good for me.

I love quinoa. I make pilaf out of it...soft cooked carrots, onions and celery, chixen broth and a sprinkle of parmesan

I like cheese for a change from meat. Also eggs. What about fish. I love shrimp.
