Goodgonebad 38 Posted December 12, 2012 I am two months and some out from surgery and I am experiencing soar muscles big time!!! I was 265 post my one week preop diet now an 205 in a little over two months so I know I am loosing fast. What is causing the pain in my muscles? Is it lack of protien what is it? I am afraid Im loosing too quickly but I have always been a fast loser. I am acking in my calves and arms. Like wearing heels kill me and working out. Anyone can offer advice? xrayren 0 Posted December 12, 2012 Make sure you are getting enough potassium. supplements don't always cut it. You may have to blend bananas.
