I had my surgery in Sept 24th 2012. I have been saying it all along something isn't right. I can only eat once what's going on? Finally one day I couldn't eat any more. I was vomiting so much acid reflex. Not cool. My primary MD. took over and we were on track. My esophagus had. Nool two places of thinning. Oh no..dylation was done but it failed. I was told 2x more times no luck then it would be to get the Gastric bypass .

I am sorry you are dealing with such an issue post sleeve. Not only do I hope you are able to recover from the thinning esophagus soon, but that gastric bypass offers you long and continued success.

I am with desertmom - did they explain how bypassing your intestine would aid your esophagus???
