Vidalia 122 Posted December 11, 2012 Does anyone use this? A friend of mine recommended it to me. She gave me a sample and I really liked it. It hardly had any taste at all. I put it in my milk and ate it in Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax Cereal which has 9 grams of protein/serving. The powder only has 15 grams of Protein, but it is so tolerable. JustSkinnyMeInside 89 Posted December 11, 2012 I havent tried it but Ive always heard you want whey Protein isolate because it is easily absorbed. There are other types of Proteins but its my understanding you wont absorb them as well. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
