Help...Sick...11th day of Pre-op liquid

I am on my 11th day of Liquid Protein and I am really, really sick. I keep having the feeling like I'm going to pass out. I am waiting for my surgeons office to open to see what I should do (go see them or just go see my primary doctor). Has anyone else experienced anything like this while on the liquid Protein diet? Could it be my blood sugar?
