Hi preyaa,

I would suggestion try adding a Protein Shakes. I started adding them to my diet. Because once you are sleeved the focus will be nutrition wise getting in your Protein first.

I m also in the stage of looking for tasty ones. There is one that I like called lean body. Also there are postings on this site about Protein shakes. As you may try a few different types.
