Sweet Tooth Help!

Atkins Protein Bars taste good. They have different flavors. One even taste like a baby ruth candy bar. You are also getting Protein with these little bars. If I take that sweet urge which has only been a couple of times I grab one of these. I bought them for the purpose of extra protein. I found they kill the sweet urge' date=' and give the extra protein I need plus one small bar makes me extremely full for hours alot of times I cant finish a complete bar.[/quote']

Carol, I've heard about the Atkins bars. Can you tell me which are your favs? Which one taste like the babe ruth bar? I want to try them... all the other protein bars I've tried are nasty.

I second the sugar free fudgesicles, they are pretty good.

I have always struggled with sweets, they are my biggest weakness. I try not to have any in the house and was hoping that my tastes would change after surgery. I ate a donut stick the other night that my husband had brought home. As I was eating it I was hoping it would make me sick but it didn't phase me. I really need to work on this,
