Baked Brie Recipe

I am in love with Brie cheese and my parents like it too. I want to make a Brie recipe for them when they're visiting this Christmas. But every recipe I find is super high carb. Does anyone know of a good Brie recipe that is low carb or can be altered to become low carb?

I put just a dab of roasted onion and garlic jelly on it. Pop it in the toaster oven for a couple of minutes and it is fantastic!! Serve with a few crackers. I just eat very few crackers. It is quite a treat!

OMG! That sounds to die for! Where do you find the jelly?

I found the jelly at a local gift shop that has unique things. I have seen it at a kitchen store in a touristy area too. I am guessing you could look online too.
