doxieville 799 Posted December 6, 2012 Pan fry it quickly in a pan w a little butter. Add Water if need more moisture. Likewise put it in an oven to bake. Fish can be complicated or easy. I try to buy wild fish instead of farmed whenever possible. But costco has this premade dish: 3 pieces of salmon w pesto butter on top. You take off the lid, put it in an oven for 20-25 minutes and presto! Soft yummy salmon.
Pookeyism 1,143 Posted December 6, 2012 baked fish is usually pretty good. Dont plop dowm a whole lot on a fish...or for a "better fish". Unless you are a true fish foodie you ar not going to be abel to tell if you got what you paid for, or the difference in taste. Look at the eyes, shrunken eyes = not fresh. Consider mussels!!!! protien, protien, protien and they are wonderfully delicious. add pesto and or garlic and nom, nom, nom...
