Day 2 Of My Liquid Diet

Recommended Posts

I have to admit that being on journey has really made me realize how in control my mind was of my stomach.. Especially feeling like I HAD TO eat every time I opened the fridge!! Yesterday I thought I would die without eating, and today I'm feeling way more confident!! 3-4 Protein Shakes a day, chicken broth, Jello, and lots of water!!!! I CAN DO THIS!!! Just felt like sharing!!!! Thanks for reading guys!!!!

You CAN do this. For me after day 3 it got easier. I only had to be on the liquid diet for 7 days, but I was proud of myself because i lost 9 lbs. Good luck! :)

Holy Cow! Two weeks? 7 days? I'm not going to complain about my 3 days ANYMORE~ ha ha ha! Im glad to hear it gets a bit easier. I'm a little worried about Migraines, as I tend to get them when I don't eat 'regular' food/meals... BUT, we'll just have to see!

The broth, Jello, Popsicles, and Meal Replacement shakes will take the place of food.. But you'll do fine.. I suffer from headaches too when I don't eat.. But it's day 2 & thank God no headaches!!! Good luck!!!!

I just finished day 2 of preop diet. I did have a wicked headache but I think that was just caffeine withdrawal. I have not been hungry though with all that protein!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
