AStephenson 159 Posted December 5, 2012 Hi there..don't lose focus! I know that's easy for me to say..I'm still pre-op, but don't get discouraged. Just follow your plan, you may be in one of the dreaded stalls
Dooter 1,457 Posted December 5, 2012 Yup. It happens. This is the point though, where you have to remind yourself that THIS is it!! This is your shot. You've fought this for so long, now you've got a solid, effective tool, and you can NOT let it go to waste. You have no choice but to buckle down and get to work. Hit the gym, hit the bricks, get moving and eat Proteins first and drink that Water. Plateaus happen as a normal part of the weight loss cycle. Some people do not get them, but most do. I'm preaching this all to myself mostly....
vonego82 36 Posted December 5, 2012 stalls always happen. but after they're gone, you'll see a 6+ pound drop! just be patient and stick to your daily calorie intake! Water water water aswell!
SML1997 308 Posted December 5, 2012 Yep...stalls are most definitely a part of the process. I've learned to look at them in a positive light. During stalls your body usually shrinks and reduces in inches to catch up to the weight loss. Keep pushing! You will get there!
