Know what it is but I don't like it nearly as much. Oddly, my head still tells me that I want it. The last time I tried to get a milkshake I ended up pawning it off on my son. Old habits r hard to break I guess.

I finally ate some of my sugar free ice cream and it was good. I agree that it slides down too easy, so I'm probably going to stay away from it for now. I'm starting to embrace my sleeve restriction, and I don't want to mess that up. Thank your for the advice.

I am 6 weeks post-op and other than a few workers being way too nosy, things are getting better. Still struggling with Water/fluid intake but thanks to my liquid Protein I am able to make it through the day without feeling like I'm going to pass out.
