I have learned over the years that there is Physical Hunger and Head Hunger. How has the surgery helped with Head or Emotional Hunger

fortunately it really curved my head hunger and my stomach lets me know when I'm really hungry (I get light headed and a ugly drained feeling) Its different for everyone but it will take time to understand your body as you progress.
