This past weekend I did my first 5K run/walk. i I NEVER thought I would EVER get this body to jog. December 11 will mark my 9 month anniversary from surgery and I am down 82 pounds. The best part about the 5K was a group of friends cheering me on at the finish line.

Congratulations! That is such a huge accomplishment. Watch out though, those running events become addictive! Lol! Woo hoo u!
