lindasue 64 Posted December 2, 2012 Just tried the baked ricotta wow was fantastic. Instead of the marinara sauce I used sun dried Tomato alfrado sauce less calories and good. Was afraid to use marinara sauce cause I get heartburn so easy. Would definitely make again. evonnrae 39 Posted December 3, 2012 I just made it this weekend. I portioned it out in 4 oz ramken (sp) dishes and it was DELICIOUS! Best thing I have ever tasted since being sleeved. I'm 3 weeks out and I needed some variety during my 2 week pureed/mushy stage. I will definitely be making this again.
