hollirrose 249 Posted December 2, 2012 I set my calories at 800 and left everything else the mfp auto adds for everything else. I follow the 600 - 800 cal/60 + prot/60 + fluid/max 40 carbs plan. I normally air for only 600 calories and less the 20 carbs so I stay in ketosis. You can add me if you want- hollirrose. My food log is open. Im down about 147 lbs (a few pre op) in 7 months.
