I set my calories at 800 and left everything else the mfp auto adds for everything else. I follow the 600 - 800 cal/60 + prot/60 + fluid/max 40 carbs plan. I normally air for only 600 calories and less the 20 carbs so I stay in ketosis. You can add me if you want- hollirrose. My food log is open. Im down about 147 lbs (a few pre op) in 7 months. I look at others on mfp to get food ideas and just to see what everyone else is doing.

Oh I didn't know we could set our own goals other than calories, also how do you add people on there?

I'm also on MFP and I really think it helps to have friends that can help you with suggestions. I really like that you can look at food diaries to add to my menu. I hope you don't mind if I add you both. My name is meliss000, those are zeros

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
