I also ate 100 more cals then I usually do and today I was 1.5lbs down from yesterday! I don't know if it was time or the adjustment to my diet but something worked! blondie1007 51 Posted December 5, 2012 Good for you Donny. I have found that I lose better when I give my body a certain amount of carbs and Protein. However, I always eat protein before carbs.
Banned member 320 Posted December 5, 2012 I went out and purchased some Isopure shake powder (50g of Protein per serving) and I'm hoping it will help me break my stall. I don't think I'm able to eat enough protein for all the exercise I've been doing plus I'm breastfeeding. I'm praying this takes me out of being in the slow losers club
