4 Days Post-Op & Overwhelmed.

Hi. I am 4 days post op for VSG. I just found this forum & I am hoping that it will help. I am feeling very overwhelmed right now. I thought that I had prepared myself for this experience

Hey there I just had my sleeve on the 11-28 I thought I was prepared but Its day by day. I still have pain but today. I ate an egg, applesauce , yogurt and a Popsicle. I walked over half a mile. It's a lifestyle change. It's going to be hard from how I was. But it's a new adventure so one day at a Time

Yup with some cheese on it. My doctor wants me on purée foods. It hard trying to figure out how to get 75-100 g of Protein and what to eat.

I was sleeved on 11/28 as well. I still have pain more discomfort really a d it cane be overwhelming. I am still on Clear Liquids but should progress to full liquids on Wednesday. Hang in there!
