Beetracy 14 Posted December 1, 2012 Ok guys I need help! How the heck am I suppose to get my Protein in??? I am 8 days out and literally I can only get 1/4 of it down (if that) at a time and then I get so full! I am for the Rest of the week only on full liquids. Is it ok that I can't get it for this week? johnlatte 1,232 Posted December 1, 2012 sip sip sip and alternate with Water. Don't try to take it all in one sitting. The slower you are the better you will feel. amykins 202 Posted December 1, 2012 I added unflavored Unjury to my drinks. Syntax nectar makes some good Protein Drinks that are good for the liquid stage. I ordered mine at mybariatricpantry.
