One Month Post-Op Appt- What To Expect?

So, I'm a little less than three hours away from my one month post-op appointment and I am FREAKING OUT! I didn't sleep, I am too nauseous to eat, and I'm even afraid to drink because I don't want to get some wildly different number on the scale. Am I the only one that freaks before appointments?

Other than being weighed, what else can I expect? I have my questions ready, etc. to make it as painless as possible but I like to be prepared.

I had my six week check up on Wednesday. It was nothing to worry about. I only saw the nurse practioner. She checked my incisions and asked about my Protein and Fluid intake. I was in and out in ten minutes. I live four hours away from there and was frustrated i drove so far for just that.
