TXgirlJulia 6 Posted November 30, 2012 question for the ladies, men disregard. Have any of you experienced excruciating menstrual cramps after the sleeve on the first day of your period? This has only happened to me once before (pre-sleeve) and the pain was gone the following day. I am praying this is the case today as well. Lacowgirl72 210 Posted January 11, 2015 My period was about every 3 weeks for the first few months and they were way heavier than normal. I think it was all the estrogen in the fat cells I was loosing. Now 8 months out things are back to normal. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
