Congrats!! You are starting on a brand new journey, and being scared is part of the journey.

My date is Dec. 3 and I'm terrified, but ecstatic at the same time. So many mixed emotions going on right now. RELIEF is one of the major ones. I am relieved to finally realize I couldn't do it on my own and that this tool exist to aid me on this journey.

It is okay and normal to be scared. You just have to keep reminding yourself why you are doing this and that your reward is a healthier you. Let us know how you are doing soon as you feel up to it.

Good luck you will do just fine. Like everyone says. Walk walk walk. It's tough but it pays off.
