Ok, so I'm new but have been reading post for quite some time. My surgery if set for next Wednesday the 5th. And i and so very excited!!!! Especially after bring approved back in JUNE! I wanted to tell everybody who's struggling with pre op that i have been using GNC fruit punch with fruit punch crystal light and it taste just like juice!!! Very good and the grams are 60 Protein.< /p>
