I offered that my physician sent me home with a prescription for the new nose spray on my first visit. It is pricy but the company offers a coupon (which my surgeon supplied with the script) that ensures your out-of-pocket cost won't exceed $25 for a one-month supply. The coupon is good for three uses which will carry me through the first three months post-op. The great thing for me, it seems, is that this product has one of the highest absorbsion rates available and you only use once a week with one spray in one nostril. No shots. No additional pills.
