On day 7 and I have lost 12 pounds. Sucks but I can tell in inches. Dropping lots of inches. Yeee haw!

How is that bad?? Every pound should be a victory and almost two a day should be celebrated even more! Think positive.

I think it all depends. My surg was 2/8. I just had it removed today.

Also i didnt do my swallow/ leak test until today....

I've had some churning today. Been using Gas X strips which seem to help. My big problem today is heartburn
