sara-seeking-sleeve 76 Posted January 12, 2013 At the nutrition class I had to attend, they really emphasized that you could go back whenever you felt ready---the big HOWEVER was that you needed to still focus on your Water intake and Protein intake. Most jobs don't allow us to drink and eat constantly so that was the one concern my NUT had. Lots of people get dehydrated once they return to work because they get busy and can't drink like they are suppose to. Soooo, just drink up and stay hydrated everyone:)! 1 AdeptDreamer reacted to this

Meanwhile they take all your sick time. When that runs out they take your vacation. Stinks!

I'm under a year at my job, I started in April. I would be covered by fmla by then but i'd still have to use all my pto until my fmla kicks in, no point when I can just save my time off and then 6 weeks after I get back from work my pto resets. Yay me!
