Quianna Armstead 19 Posted November 28, 2012 Ive been out for 6/7weeks post op and i am loving myself evem after a stall ,i lost.30lbs so far.and i feel amazing,ive always been a big flirt before surgery but now,i jus lay back and watch the attn i get it feels so good, i.have started to love and cherish myself more now.the first time in 26yrs i loved myself.so is it just me? Every time I'm stalled I up my Water to a gallon raise my calories and carbs and take a few days off from the gym. I was stalled for 25 days, up till thanksgiving. I took off Thursday-Monday. Didn't count calories had a few Christmas Cookies, a slushie at the movies. Went to the gym on Tuesday lost 2, went today lost 2 more! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
