Food Poisioning

Hi

I'm 2 months out. I've been doing great. But yesterday I think my kids and I got food poisoning. We have all the symptoms. I can't keep anything down and also the dry heaves are the worst. My stomach hurts so bad. I don't want to get de hydrated so I'm trying to drink Water and Gatorade. Any advice or has this happened to anyone. Like getting the flu bad or FP. I'm so tired and I can hardly stand ):

I hope you and the kids feel better soon! My only advice is to rest and make sure you are staying hydrated. My doctor told me if I couldn't get at least 30 oz of liquid in to go to Urgent Care and they will give me an IV of saline to rehydrate me. So if you can't keep any Fluid down , perhaps go to your local clinic and ask for an IV.
