Thanks will try that also to listen to my timers and eat something so I won't starve myself. I weight myself almost everyday I lot a pound do I'm at 202. Want to be in onederland soon I hope!

try weighting yourself weekly, the same day in the morning .. Daily can get frustrating .

I'll try that as well. I have a other question since yesterday I saw by gastric book it says to drink 4oz o Protein then like 3 hrs later another 4 oz. I know premier has 11 oz and I drink it all of takes me 30+ min but I drink it all at once it's that ok?
