DStanchich 1 Posted November 27, 2012 Hi All, So I am nearly 4 and 1/2 weeks out of surgery and down 26 lbs. (i know, so many people are losing much more). Anyhow, I was curious as to any of you have been exercising. I do the treadmill daily now for the past week and a 1/2 but really want to incorporate some abdominal exercises to get rid of what i can of the kangaroo pounch. Any advise?
