nathalie 3 Posted January 4, 2013 I know there's a program in Edmonton too. They are both different. With red deer you need to go to monthly weigh ins on top of all the test they do. You are required to loose 10% and keep a food journal that they check. Wait time varies on how you do. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
