my day started yesterday with 2 of my incisions sore. when i had removed the tape on them last week alot of watery Fluid came pouring out. i,m 14 days post op. i went to the ER and the doctor there removed my stitches and checked for further infection,he said he thinks most of it came out, but if i run a temp to come back. i got home from the hospital, i was starving. my dr said i could do mash potato,s and carrots now, so i cooked some up, well i guess my eyes were bigger then my stomach, ate too much. you know not really, but for how we have to eat now i did. i have been in such pain all day now. i guess i will just do fluids for a couple of days now till my stomach settles. lesson learnt...........ouchy

I'm so sorry you had that episode. That does hurt! I hope you're feeling better soon.

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
